RECEIVING YOUR RACE NUMBER
Your race number will arrive 1 week before the event to the address provided when registered. If you have moved since registering, you can update your address until 14th August at 5pm.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS:
Click here for your dashboard, select ‘Edit registration’ and enter your new address.
If you have any problems with this contact us here following these instructions:
- Event: select ‘Richmond RUNFEST’
- Sub Event: select the competition you are entered into (e.g Richmond Marathon)
- Nature of your enquiry: select ‘Notify us of a change of address’
- Description: type your new address
We will get back to you within 3-5 working days to confirm your address change.
Deadline to change your address is Wednesday 14th August at 5pm.
If you miss the deadline we advise you contact your former address to have your number redirected, or you will need to pay £5 cash on race day to collect a spare.
