Starting outside Palm House at Kew Gardens the brand new flat course run through the beautiful gardens before finishing outside Kew Palace.
There is one water station at 4.7km. 10K course toilets are at 1.5km, 3km and 7.5km.

This is still London’s flattest 10k and even flatter than last years Kew Gardens 10k. The new course climbs 32 metres during the course but drops 28metres.
