The ‘Yeomans Toyota’ Worthing Family Mile, will start at 12.15pm on the 2nd May 2027. EARLY BIRD ENTRIES NOW OPEN
Get everyone involved on Sunday 2nd May 2027 with the Worthing Family Mile – a fun, traffic-free one-mile event that’s perfect for all ages and abilities. Whether it’s your child’s very first race, a family challenge, or simply an excuse to enjoy an active day by the sea, this is the perfect way to be part of Worthing RUN-FEST.
Starting and finishing at Beach House Grounds on Worthing’s beautiful seafront, you’ll enjoy an exciting atmosphere, fantastic crowd support and a memorable finish. Every participant receives a bespoke finisher’s medal, and you’ll be able to celebrate afterwards at our music-filled event village alongside the Worthing 10K and Half Marathon.

'Yeomans Toyota' WORTHING RUNFEST FAMILY MILE 2027:
START TIME: 12.30PM
RACE NUMBER PICK UP
On the day you can collect your race pack info tent, located Beach House Grounds, Worthing BN11 2EJ. Packet pick up will be open from 10:30am to collect your race numbers.

THE FINISH
Children running by themselves should be identified to our staff before the race. Any individual child identified to our staff be will be handed back to parents at the end of the finishing shoot once the parent/ guardian is identified. We ask parents to assist our staff by being patient during this time. No child will be permitted to leave the Safe Zone without their parent/guardian to collect them. The collection area will be just past the finish line.
Q: What is the minimum age for a child to enter this race ?
A: The minimum age to enter the run is 3 years old and above on the day of the event. If they are below the age of 8 years old on the event day, they need to be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Is it chip timed?
A: Yes! Every registered runner will get a chip time in the results on our website after the race.
Q: Can I run with my child in a pram?
A: Yes! Just please be careful, especially at the start of the race.
Q: Are there age restrictions?

A: Yes, everyone participating will need to purchase an individual race entry.
