Windsor RUN-FEST Flexi Ticket Terms and Conditions
Deferral to the 2028 Event
The Flexi Ticket allows you to defer your Windsor Women’s 10K or Windsor Half Marathon entry from the 2027 event to the Windsor Women’s 10K or Windsor Half Marathon 2028 if you are unable to take part in the 2027 event due to injury or other circumstances.
The Flexi Ticket does not provide a refund, race credit or the option to transfer your entry to another event.
Deferral Deadline
To activate your Flexi Ticket and request a deferral, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the start time of the Windsor Women’s 10K on 25th or Windsor Half Marathon on 26th September 2027.
Requests made within 48 hours of the event will not be accepted, and your original entry will be forfeited.
One-Time Deferral
The Flexi Ticket permits one deferral only.
Once your entry has been deferred to the 2028 Windsor event, no further changes, credits, refunds or deferrals will be permitted under the Flexi Ticket.
The deferred entry must be used for the same Windsor event you originally entered into. You can not exchange your Windsor Women’s 10K 2027 for the Windsor Half Marathon 2028 as an example. Your entry cannot be transferred to another person or another event.
Flexi Ticket Fee
The £5 Flexi Ticket upgrade fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Request a Deferral
To request a deferral, please contact us via our Contact Us page at least 48 hours before the start time of the 2027 race.
Please include your full name, booking details and confirmation that you wish to defer your entry to the Windsor 10K or Windsor Half Marathon 2028.
Your deferral will be confirmed once it has been processed by the Runfest team. As race weekend can be extremely busy, there may be a delay in responding to your request. Please be assured that the date and time your deferral request is received by us will be honoured, provided it was submitted within the required timeframe.
