Spanning 2,360 acres, Richmond Park is widely considered London’s premier running destination. The Tamsin Trail offers an ideal introduction, tracing much of the park’s perimeter and accessible from multiple entry points.
Surface: Crushed limestone, dirt, with some sealed sections.
Terrain: Gently undulating with moderate hills.
Toilets: Available at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Gate, Sheen Gate, Roehampton Gate, Robin Hood Gate, Kingston Gate, and Ham Gate.
Below are two Richmond half marathon route maps inside Richmond Park.
The first route map is a bit more simple to follow doing 1.5 times round Richmond Park. The second loop explores the middle of Richmond Park more. All routes start from Richmond Gate.
