We have been working hard on how to make Kew the Run event as sustainable as possible. Below is a list of sustainable actions for this years event:
- Our finish line water was purchased from CANO WATER so that we reduce single use plastic.
- Our water stations use paper cups, water taps & reusable water containers.
- We’re not using any plastic goody bags this year & minimising goody bag products that use single use plastic.
- We’re using FIRST MILE to recycle all of our event waste.
- Left over medals & tee shirts are recycled.
- Our final instructions are online & race packs are collected to reduce our carbon footprint & massively reduces the wastage of no shows.
