Training for a half marathon or 13.1 mile race?
The table below converts your target finish time into your pace per mile or kilometre and includes your halfway split. It also provides splits for every 4 kilometres. If you’d like to view splits for each individual kilometre, just click the finish time at the start of the row.
The times begin with Jacob Kiplimo’s world record of 56:42 (in case you’re aiming for greatness!). For the rest of us, the table continues up to 3:00:00, increasing in 30-second intervals. If your target time isn’t listed, or falls between the set increments, feel free to use our pace calculator tool instead.
