Is there a way to track participants?
We do not have live tracking at this event, however results are posted shortly after the race and will be available at run-fest.com. Maybe your runner can share with you their strava beacon or mobile location directly.
Where can I meet a runner after the event?
The best place to meet is just after the baggage at the end of the finish line at Old Deer Park. Runners will have their baggage back so you can contact them via their phone. Alternatively, why not agree a location in Old Deer Park village like the stage or information tent.
THE START IN KEW GARDENS SUNDAY
Each runner can bring 4 x family and friends into Kew Gardens to watch them start, as long as it’s between these times: 7am – 9am. Once inside, spectators can enjoy Kew Gardens, however when you leave, you do not get free entry to return later in the day.
At 9am the gates will close with NO ADMISSION into Kew Gardens after this time. Spectators do not have to enter with their runner but must arrive on time and through Elizabeth Gate (postcode TW9 3AE).

EXITING KEW GARDENS SUNDAY ONLY
Elizabeth Gate (1.8 miles to Old Deer Park) will allow spectators to exit anytime throughout the morning.
Victoria Gate (1 mile to Old Deer Park) will allow spectators to exit from 8.30am.
For the finish line, spectators should head to Old Deer Park (next to Pools on the Park Leisure Centre opposite the A316, TW9 2SF) to welcome runners through the finish-line from 9.30am.
IMPORTANT: Dogs are not allowed inside Kew Gardens at the start, but they are welcome at the finish in Old Deer Park.
WHERE TO CHEER YOUR RUNNER
If you’re inside Kew Gardens it is a bit tricky to see runners at the start line/ broadwalk. We therefore recommend walking to this location just before 3 mile and then this location.
If you’re supporting a Marathon or Half Marathon runner not inside Kew Gardens, a great place to see them is Old Deer Park (This location) (6miles Half/ 7miles marathon) and then you’ll be in position to see them at the finish. Both routes run along the Riverside on the way out and back. From Kew Gardens it is a 20mins walk (normally there are busses but a bus strike has just been announced). Just make sure you can reach the finish line in Old Deer Park before they do! Please do not walk on the towpath from Brentford Car Park to Richmond as the Thames Path is unavailable.
If you are supporting a 10K runner you are best to watch them inside Kew Gardens and then go straight to Old Deer Park for their finish.
