Sense – Charity of the year
For everyone living with complex disabilities. For everyone who is deafblind. Sense offers personalised support to help people communicate and experience the world. We believe that no one, no matter how complex their disabilities, should be isolated, left out, or unable to fulfil their potential.
British Heart Foundation
Heart and circulatory disease is one of the UK’s biggest killers. BHF has been funding life saving research to help stop the sudden and unexpected devastation that heart and circulatory disease causes. Today 435 people will still lose their lives. This is unacceptable – but together we can change it.
Macmillan Cancer Support
There’s around 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today, and more than 360,000 are diagnosed every year. At Macmillan, we give people with cancer everything we’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are our worries. We will move mountains to help you live life as fully as you can. And we don’t stop there. We’re going all out to find ever better ways to help people with cancer, helping to bring forward the day when everyone gets life-transforming support from day one.
Cancer Research UK
Today, 1 in 2 people now survive cancer; we want to get to 3 in 4 by 2034. Every step we make towards beating cancer relies on every pound, and every runner. Cancer is happening right now. You can help beat it sooner. Join our team and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
Every three minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with dementia. At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. By joining our team, you’ll allow us to continue to help those living with dementia, and provide hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding ground-breaking research.
Royal Trinity Hospice
